Set a Start location for the morning and a Finish location for the end of the day — Windoflo calculates the drive to the first job and from the last one automatically. Different day, different start point? No problem. Start and Finish entries live on the calendar, not locked to a profile, so they flex with how your week actually works.

Recurring bookings
Set it once. It shows up every week.
Recurring clients, regular maintenance schedules, weekly inspections — create a booking once and set it to repeat daily, weekly, or monthly. Each occurrence appears on the calendar as a normal work order with all the same details, drive times, and completion reports. Edit one, edit all future, or edit the whole series — without touching completed history.

Every work order type gets its own completion report. An installation sign-off needs different questions to a property inspection or a delivery confirmation.
Configure each report with the fields that matter for that type of work — checkboxes, status options, text fields, customer ratings, signature capture, and photo requirements.
When the job is done, your field team fills out the report on site and hits submit. The report is emailed automatically to the registered address — the office, the client, or both. No chasing paperwork. No end-of-day debrief.
