Frequently asked questions
How does billing work?
You are billed monthly in advance for the number of active technicians on your account. The base price of $35 (excluding GST) covers your business and your first technician. Each additional technician is $10 excluding GST.
What happens when the 14-day trial ends?
When your trial ends, your account locks and will prompt you to enter payment details. Nothing is deleted. Once you pay, your account unlocks exactly as you left it.
How does GST work?
Prices shown are in AUD and exclude GST. Applicable GST is added by Stripe Tax and shown on your tax invoice.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. There are no lock-in contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, with no mid-cycle refund; technician removals likewise reduce billing from the next renewal.
